Team Empathy · Your roadmap
Your six months,
stage by stage.
Where Roman Blinds Direct is today, what comes next, and what we need from you
Your six months: 8 September 2026 to 8 March 2027 | Updated 29 October 2026
Your six months started at the onboarding call on 8 September. With content production starting in December, the last stretch may run a little past early March.
Where we are this week
- Phase 1 of the technical work is finished: your main pages no longer point Google at the old demo site, and 127 old and dead page addresses now forward to the right place.
- Titles and descriptions for 1,581 pages are written and waiting for Arlen's approval on Alex's technical page, with a choice of two homepage titles.
- Your Brand Kit in Notable is now rebuilt from Bernie's Revised Brand Kit and entity pack, and it's ready for your review on the review page we've sent you.
- Your September report is live on this site, under September 2026.
Notable is taking longer than we planned. We're taking more time to get Notable's writing right before it writes for you, so your content goalposts sit further out than our original plan. The technical work has come first in the meantime, so the site is in shape before the content starts.
A project lead is joining the team. We're wrapping up the final details with Zoe, and she looks set to join us very soon. She's been one of the top-performing content engineers at AirOps and has started a couple of businesses of her own, and she's coming on board because she's excited to help us build the world's best AI search app. She'll be client-facing: leading your project day to day, helping with your content and keeping you updated every week.
